How to use the 30-day workout plan: 

  1. Sign up for my email list {above or click here} to download the 30-day workout calendar
  2. Save or print the calendar and hang it somewhere you will see it daily
  3. Complete the daily workouts and cross off each day once it’s completed
  4. Share your daily workouts with me by tagging @nourishmovelove on social and be sure to Pin the daily workouts to your workout boards on Pinterest so you can do them again!

Note, all workout videos are also available on my YouTube Channel and new workout videos are uploaded weekly. Although the new videos are not included in this January 2017 calendar, feel free to work them into your routine!

Do your best and forget the rest! Yes, it’s going to take a lot of hard work and sweat, but that’s what makes it worth it — you earn it. Consistency is key, crossing off the workouts one day at a time.
