Age Requirements

The NML website and NML App are intended for users 13 years of age and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you are under 13, please do not use our services or submit any personal information to us.

If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete that information as quickly as possible. If you believe we may have collected information from a child under 13, please contact us at info@nourishmovelove.com.

If you are between 13 and 17 years old, we encourage you to review this privacy policy with a parent or guardian before using our services. Some features of the NML App, including the Lindsey.ai chat and live community, involve sharing content that other members may see. Please use these features thoughtfully.

We do not sell the personal information of users we know to be under 18, and we do not use minors’ data for targeted advertising.

Our website may contain links to other websites. You understand that these websites are not under our control and are not subject to our privacy policy. Information We Collect

Generally, you control the amount and type of information you provide to us when using our website. As a visitor to our website, you can browse our website to find out more about us. You are not required to provide us with any PII as a visitor.

Information We Collect Through the NML App

In addition to the information collected when you use our website, the NML App collects the following types of data.

Name and email address provided at registration
Profile photo, if you choose to upload one
Any information you add to your app profile (display name, bio)

App Usage and Activity Data

Workout videos and content you watch, including how much of each video you complete
Live classes you attend and your participation activity
Community posts, comments, reactions, and direct messages you send within the app
Features you interact with and how you navigate the app
Session duration and frequency of use

Device and Technical Information

Device type, operating system, and version (e.g., iPhone running iOS 17)
Unique device identifiers, including Apple’s IDFA (Identifier for Advertisers) on iOS and Google’s Advertising ID (GAID) on Android
Push notification token (a unique code that allows us to send you notifications)
App crash reports and diagnostic data, collected automatically to help us identify and fix technical issues
IP address and general location derived from IP address

Purchase and Payment Information

When you purchase tickets to live events through the app, payment is processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card number, CVV, or full payment card details on our systems. We retain a record of what was purchased, the amount paid, and the date of purchase.

Lindsey.ai Chat

The NML App includes Lindsey.ai, an AI-powered chat feature. When you use Lindsey.ai:

Your conversation messages are stored by our AI provider, Delphi, to build a personalized experience and improve responses over time
Your conversations are private. No other NML members can see your Lindsey.ai chats
Conversation data may be used to improve the accuracy and relevance of future AI responses for your account
Lindsey.ai is not a licensed medical provider. Its responses are for general informational and motivational purposes only. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider for medical questions

Push Notifications

If you grant permission, we may send you push notifications about new workouts, upcoming live classes, community activity, and other updates. You can manage or turn off push notifications at any time:

In-app: go to your Profile, then Settings, then Notifications
On your device: go to your phone’s Settings, find the NML App, and adjust notification permissions

Premium Features

Our website may offer premium features for which you must pay to use. If we were to charge you for the use of these premium features, we would need to collect payment source information (i.e. credit card) to bill you for using such premium features.

Computer Information Collected

When you use our website, we automatically collect certain computer information by the interaction of your mobile phone or web browser with our website. Such information is typically considered NPI. We may also collect any of the following:

Our website uses cookies as described in our cookie policy. Our NML App does not use browser cookies, but it uses similar technologies on your mobile device.

Our website uses “cookies” to identify the areas of our website that you have visited. A cookie is a small piece of data stored on your computer or mobile device by your web browser. We use cookies to personalize the content that you see on our website. Most web browsers can be set to disable the use of cookies. However, if you disable cookies, you may not be able to access functionality on our website correctly or at all. We never place PII in cookies.

Web Beacons
We may also use a technology called, web beacons, to collect general information about your use of our website and your use of special promotions or newsletters. The information we collect by web beacons allows us to statistically monitor the number of people that open our emails. Our web beacons are not used to track your activity outside of our website. We do not link NPI from web beacons to PII without your permission.

Automatic Information
We automatically receive information from your web browser or mobile device. This information includes the name of the website from which you entered our website, if any, as well as the name of the website to which you’re headed when you leave our website. This information also includes the IP address of your computer/proxy server that you use to access the internet, your internet website provider name, web browser type, type of mobile device, and computer operating system. We use all of this information to analyze trends among our users to help improve our website.

Mobile Advertising Identifiers

Your device may have an advertising identifier: the IDFA (Identifier for Advertisers) on Apple devices, or the Google Advertising ID (GAID) on Android devices. These identifiers may be used by Firebase to measure app performance and usage. They do not directly identify you by name.

You can reset or limit use of your advertising identifier at any time:

iPhone/iPad (iOS 14.5+): Go to Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking. You can turn off ‘Allow Apps to Request to Track.’
Android: Go to Settings > Google > Ads > Delete advertising ID.

Local Storage

The NML App stores certain data locally on your device (such as your login session and app preferences) to allow the app to function without requiring you to log in repeatedly. This data is removed when you uninstall the app.

Push Notification Tokens

When you grant permission for push notifications, your device generates a push notification token. This is a unique identifier that allows our notification service to deliver messages to your device. It is not used for advertising purposes. You can withdraw push notification permission at any time in your device settings or in the NML App under Profile > Settings > Notifications.

How Information Is Used

Create and maintain your account and app membership
Deliver workout videos, live classes, and community features
Personalize your Lindsey.ai chat experience based on your conversation history
Process your event ticket purchases through Stripe
Send you push notifications, emails, and in-app messages (where you have given consent or where we have a legitimate interest, such as transactional messages about your purchase)
Analyze how members use the app to improve content, features, and performance
Identify and fix technical problems using crash and diagnostic data
Comply with our legal obligations
Protect the safety and security of our platform and members

We Don’t Use Your Information to:

Sell your personal information to third parties
Use your personal information to serve you third-party advertisements within the NML App
Share your Lindsey.ai conversation history with other members

We use PII that you provide for our internal purposes, such as offering our services to you, confirming and tracking your order, subscription or registration; analyzing statistics and demographics; and informing you of new products, services, and offers as provided by us and/or our affiliates.

Our affiliates may have products, services, or offers about which you may be interested in receiving information and they may use the PII we have for you to contact you. If you don’t want to receive information from our affiliates, you can let us know so you’re no longer contacted by our affiliates about their products, services, or offers.

We may also combine information you give us online or through printed forms; publicly available information; and information we receive from other parties. We use this combined information for your online experience and to let you know about new products, services, offers, and other promotion.

To give you the best possible service, we may use our affiliates to provide contracted services for our business, including, but not limited to processing credit cards, hosting our website, shipping products to you, or advertising. In many cases, we will need to provide some if not all the PII you provide to use so our affiliates can perform these services. Our affiliates are only authorized to use your PII as provided within this privacy policy.

There are times that we may have to disclose your PII to comply with state and federal laws; to assist law enforcement and governmental agencies in preventing or investigating fraud or other crimes, or in response to a court order. In such instances, we will only provide the PII requested and your PII will only be used for legal purposes as opposed to marketing.

How Long We Keep Your Data

We keep your personal information for as long as necessary to provide our services and comply with our legal obligations. Here is a general guide to our retention practices:

Account data — Kept for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, unless we are required by law to retain it longer.
Community content (posts, comments) — Retained until you delete the content or your account. Some content may be retained in backups for up to 90 days after deletion.
Purchase records — Retained for 7 years to comply with tax and accounting requirements.
Lindsey.ai conversation history — Retained to support your personalized experience. You may request deletion by contacting us at [INSERT PRIVACY EMAIL]. We will pass your request to Delphi for processing.
Analytics and diagnostic data — Retained in aggregated or anonymized form. Individual session data is typically retained for up to 26 months by Google Analytics.
Push notification tokens — Deleted when you uninstall the app or withdraw notification consent.

Third-Party Use of Personal Information

We may share your information with third parties when you explicitly authorize us to share your information. The companies listed below are “Service Providers,” which are defined as “a sole proprietorship, partnership, limited liability company, corporation, association, or other legal entity that is organized or operated for the profit or financial benefit of its shareholders or other owners, that process information on behalf of a business and to which the business discloses a consumer’s personal information for a business purpose pursuant to a written contract, provided that the contract prohibits the entity receiving the information from retaining, using or disclosing the personal information for any purposes other than for the specific purpose of performing the services specified in the contract for the business” or “retaining, using, or disclosing the personal information for a commercial purpose other than providing the services specified in the contract with the business.”

The Website may use third-party service providers to service various aspects of the Website. Each third-party service provider’s use of your personal information is dictated by their respective privacy policies. The Website currently uses the following third-party service providers:

ConvertKit – This service is used for the delivery of email updates and newsletters. We store your name and email address for purposes of delivering such communications. ConvertKit will also track information regarding your interaction with our emails, such as whether they have been opened or you have clicked on a particular link.

WPForms – This service is used for the collection of information. We store the information that you submit into the forms.

Convert Pro – This service is used for the collection of information for marketing purposes. We store information that you submit in reference to subscribing to our newsletter, which is passed to our newsletter provider.

WP Tasty Links – This service is used for the collection of information for marketing purposes and affiliate links.

WP Tasty Pins – This service is used for the collection of information for marketing purposes and Pinterest Pins.

At this time, your personal information is not shared with any other third-party applications. This list may be amended from time to time at the Website’s sole discretion.

Except when required by law, we will not sell, distribute, or reveal your email addresses or other personal information without your consent; however, we may disclose or transfer personal information collected through the Website to third parties who acquire all or a portion of our business, which may be the result of a merger, consolidation, or purchase of all or a portion of our assets, or in connection with any bankruptcy or reorganization proceeding brought by or against us.

NML App Third-Party Use of Personal Information

We share your information with third-party service providers only as necessary to operate our services. These providers are bound by their own privacy policies and are not permitted to use your data for their own purposes beyond the service they provide to us.

Mighty Networks / Mighty Pro — Our app and community platform. Mighty Networks hosts member accounts, community content, video delivery, and live streaming. Your member data is stored on their infrastructure. Mighty Networks Privacy Policy: mightynetworks.com/privacy-policy

Stripe — Payment processing for live event tickets purchased through the app. Stripe handles all payment card data. We do not store your card details. Stripe Privacy Policy: stripe.com/privacy

Google Analytics — Used on our website to understand visitor behavior, traffic sources, and content performance. Google Analytics uses cookies and may collect your IP address (we have IP anonymization enabled). Google Privacy Policy: policies.google.com/privacy

Google Firebase — Used within the NML App to track app usage events, measure feature performance, and collect crash reports. Firebase may collect your device identifier and app activity data.

Note: Google Analytics and Firebase transfer data to Google servers in the United States. Google participates in the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

Mighty Pro Insights — Mighty Networks’ built-in analytics tool, which we use to understand member engagement, content performance, and community activity within the app.

Delphi — Powers the Lindsey.ai chat feature. Delphi stores your conversation history to build a personalized AI persona and improve your individual experience. Your conversations are not shared with other users. Delphi Privacy Policy: delphi.ai/privacy

Changing Your Information

You may change your PII at any time using facilities found on our website. If you need assistance with updating your PII or removing yourself from our mailing lists, just send us an email with your request or contact us using the contact us information found on our website.
