As a busy mom of 3 littles I’m all about quick and effective home workouts that get results! I truly feel that doing the physically hard stuff makes you more capable of handling all the mentally challenging things that come at you daily. I don’t film workout videos to give you six pack abs or a nice butt. I film workout videos because I know fitness makes me a better wife, mother, friend and human and I want to share that with you. Rachel is a data-driven creative who joined the NML team in fall 2017. Before coming to NML, Rachel spent 4 years at Arizona State University studying marketing and anthropology (and developing a taste for spicy tacos!). Her favorite things include: oatmeal bakes, podcasts, group fitness classes and homemade lattes. Rachel is NML’s resident media guru — she manages NML social media pages, creates digital content, graphics and more!
Megan is a writer and longtime NML follower who joined the team in summer 2021. She comes from a research and consulting firm where she worked with consultants and executives to serve clients in digital and news consultation. When she’s not writing content or chatting with you via DMs, you’ll find her lifting heavy weights, biking through Minnesota’s beautiful trails or walking her black lab. Megan loves iced coffee, quesadillas and true crime podcasts.
