I’m your new personal trainer and group fitness instructor at home!

I’m also the fitness-loving blogger + content creator behind Nourish Move Love. My days are spent teaching group fitness, filming workouts for Get Healthy U TV, and creating health + fitness content for this blog + brand partners.

I live in Minneapolis, MN with:

  • My handsome husband, Tim who’s a stud beach volleyball player and the reason I get to jet off to Cali throughout the summer.
  • My adorable son, Brody who eats more pancakes then most grown men.
  • And the newest addition to our family, my sweet baby girl Bella born in September 2019.


I’m a Proverbs 31 aspiring wife + mother. Writing a devotional book for motherhood is a life-long aspiration of mine, but in the meantime you can read my weekly devotional posts here.

I love Jesus + worship music {which you know if you watch my workouts on Instagram stories}, morning workouts + coffee, family breakfast + park dates, and summer beach days at my parents lake or oceanside watching my husband play beach volleyball.

I never thought I'd call myself a blogger, but here I am with a laptop and fancy yoga pants sharing my favorite workouts + recipes, along with some glimpses into my life + motherhood and I hope you’ll stick around to follow along!

The Blog

I started Nourish Move Love in 2015 as a platform to create + sell 20-minute at-home workout videos. I’m not sure if I thought I was going to be the next Tony Horton or what?!

But when I learned I could possibly make a living creating + sharing workout content with people (through website ads, brand partnerships, affiliates and more) I eagerly jumped in and started learning everything I could about blogging.

I’m devoted to creating healthy lifestyle content + workouts that help women create a lifestyle + body they love!

Rachel Schaefers

Rachel is a data-driven creative who joined the NML team in fall 2017. Before coming to NML, Rachel spent 4 years at Arizona State University studying marketing + anthropology {and developing a taste for spicy tacos!}. Her favorite things include: oatmeal bakes, podcasts, group fitness classes + homemade lattes. Rachel is NML's resident media guru -- she manages NML social media pages, creates digital content + coordinates events like Fit For Her MPLS.
