Yoga Sculpt Circuit Workout from Verizon Event with Fit Foodie Finds

Four yoga-inspired strength exercises paired with two cardio intervals for a 30 minute, yoga sculpt circuit workout that’s sure to tighten, tone, and get your heart pumping.

Shoulders on fire ??! If you’re looking for a good total body burn, with an extra-emphasis on shoulders and core, this yoga sculpt circuit workout is for you.

Last week I had the pleasure of teaming up with Fit Foodie Finds to co-teach this yoga sculpt circuit workout live at the Verizon Mall of America destination store. Yes, I pinch myself on a regular basis because I get to call these awesome fitness events work.

This workout is based off the repetition of four yoga-inspired strength exercises, combined with two cardio intervals. Complete each strength exercise for 45 seconds, then power through the 1 minute cardio interval as hard as you can with a goal of getting breathless. Continue working your way through the entire circuit for a total of 4 cycles {approximately 30 minutes of work}.

No equipment needed, you’ll be feeling a total body burn using just bodyweight during this 30 minute yoga sculpt circuit.

  1. Warrior 2 Lunge + Lift {Right}
  2. High Plank + Alternating Crescent Lunge
  3. Push Up + Tap Back
  4. Plank Hold {add variations if you’d like — side plank, hip dips, knee drops}
  5. One Minute Cardio Circuit: 10 Mountain Climbers + 10 Wide Narrow Squat Jacks
  6. Plank Hold {add variations if you’d like — side plank, hip dips, knee drops}
  7. Push Up + Tap Back
  8. High Plank + Alternating Crescent Lunge
  9. Warrior 2 Lunge + Lift {Left}
  10. One Minute Cardio Circuit: 10 High Knees + 1 Belly Flop Burpee
