Lunch Wrap FAQs
Are Wraps A Healthy Lunch Option?
Wraps are a great lunch option. I personally prefer to stuff my lunch wraps with a variety of vegetables. I found that wraps offer an easy way to get lots of protein and veggies in at a meal. Bonus: they’re so versatile and easy to make!
Can I Substitute Hummus For The Chickpeas In This Wrap?
Yes, if you don’t have chickpeas available or don’t want to smash them, add hummus to the wrap instead. I also love to add hummus to my turkey wraps for extra protein, fiber and flavor.
These wraps look delicious! Can’t say I’ve thought about making a wrap with chickpeas but I like hummus, so I’m guessing I’ll like them! I have to admit, my lunches are pretty much the same thing over and over again so I’ll definitely have to try them out!
