Need a little workout motivation and accountability?! Sometimes we all do.
On the days I need a little extra push to lace up my sneakers, I grab a friend for a partner workout. Because squats are more fun with friends {and if you’re anything like me you’re not going to let your partner out-squat you, even when you’re legs are on fire…I’m a little competitive}!
I teamed up with one of my favorite Fit Foodies, Lee {from Fit Foodie Finds}, for this total body partner workout. If you follow me {@lindseybomgren} or Lee {@fitfoodiefinds} on snapchat, you’ve probably seen some of our workout shenanigans from our local Minneapolis gym, Switch. Let’s just say I always have more fun when I workout with Lee!
So grab your partner in crime and challenge each other to cycle through these 8 bodyweight exercises together. It’s a total body workout including planks, squats, dips and crunches that you can do in 20 minutes or less! And those dips require balance ?.

Grab your partner and complete 12 repetitions for each exercise {each partner does 12 repetitions per exercise, switching positions as needed}. Once you complete all 8 exercises take a 1 minute rest and repeat the entire circuit x 2-3 sets. Or repeat as many rounds as possible {AMRAP} in 20 minutes.
