Last summer I posted this strong upper body superset workout; you guys are still raving about it and incorporating it into your weekly workout routines. So I figured it’s about time I give you a fresh, new, strictly strength upper body workout.
This sculpted arms dumbbell workout hits all your major upper body muscles — biceps, triceps, shoulders, back, chest and even a little bonus core work. It’s six, combo strength exercises that can be a part of any muscle-building, weight-loss, and/or general fitness routine.
So grab a set of medium-to-heavy dumbbells and ready to sculpt your arms! If you don’t have access to a set of dumbbells you can always try these 10 exercises to sculpt your arms without weights!

This sculpted arms dumbbell workout consists of six combo, upper-body strength exercises. Each combo movement is 1 repetition {ex. curl + hammer curl = 1 repetition}. Complete 10 repetitions per exercise using a medium-to-heavy set of dumbbells. Repeat the entire workout x 3-4 sets.
