December 4-6, 2026, we’re bringing the NML community together in Phoenix, Arizona for a weekend unlike anything we’ve done before: The NML Games.

This isn’t a competition to see who’s the fittest woman in the room. It’s a chance to measure yourself against one person: the version of you from January 2026. If you’re stronger than you were at the start of 2026, that’s the win.

Whether you’re chasing your first pull-up or you’re ready to sit down and map out an intentional plan for 2027, we built this weekend for you to do the work. Here’s what the weekend looks like.

Friday, Dec 4 | The Welcome Reception 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM

Early Registration: Grab your swag bag and get the logistics out of the way so you can focus on Saturday.

Social Hour: Enjoy complimentary mocktails and light bites.

The Preview: Get a feel for the space and the equipment before the Games begin.

The Vibe: Connect with the NML team and community you’ve been training alongside online all year.

Saturday, Dec 5 | The NML Games 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Choose Your Level (1-3): Compete at the level that will challenge you. Goal achieve 4 of 6 fitness standards.

The Challenge: 1-mile run/walk, pull-ups/dead hang, push-ups, planks, air squats, and burpees. Hit 4 out of 6 to reach your goal.

Fuel Up: We’ll have Food Trucks on-site for lunch (Included for VIPs; available for purchase for Athletes).

The Recovery Zone: We treat recovery as seriously as the workout. You’ll have full access to saunas, cold plunges, and dedicated recovery stations.

Sunday, Dec 6 | The VIP Morning 9:00 AM – 12:30 PM

A Healthy Breakfast: We’ll start with a nourishing breakfast spread to fuel the conversation.

“Best Year Ever” Workshop: A guided goal setting session to make 2027 your best year ever.

Lindsey’s Recovery Session: An intimate walk and mobility session led by Lindsey.

The VIP Swag: On top of the standard NML Games bag, VIPs receive exclusive goodies reserved only for this session.

No matter where you begin, you belong here. Pick your level, track your progress, and improve week by week between now and December. A full breakdown of the expected form for each of the below exercises is outlined in this video.

Do I have to be “in shape” to compete?

You belong here exactly as you are. You choose from three levels of standards. If there is a fitness standard you cannot complete, don’t worry – the goal is to complete 4 of the 6 standards.

What should I bring?

Phoenix mornings in December are cool, but it warms up fast. Bring layers of athletic apparel, your favorite training shoes and preferred sunscreen.

Both the Friday welcome reception and Sunday VIP session are casual.

How does the “You vs. You” format work?

You’ll receive a scorecard for your chosen level. There will be stations set up for each standard and people announcing when to move to the next station. Your goal is to complete 4 of the 6 standards. There are no rankings – just the satisfaction of hitting your marks.

Is parking available?

Yes, there is ample street parking surrounding the venue.

Is there a mother’s room?

Yes! We will have a private and comfortable space set up for any pumping or breastfeeding needs including a private bathroom, outlets and milk refrigeration.

How do I get around?

The venue was chosen for its proximity to the airport, Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX) and downtown hotels. We recommend using Uber or Lyft for easy travel. If you choose to rent a car, there is ample street parking available surrounding the venue.

What equipment should I pack?

We’ve got you covered! All pull-up bars, mats, and recovery equipment are provided. Just bring yourself, your sneakers and your “A” game.

Is food provided during the games?

There will be water, electrolytes and light snacks provided throughout the day. For lunch there will be food trucks onsite. Lunch is Included for VIPs and available for purchase for Athlete Pass holders.

I have dietary restrictions – who do I tell?

You will receive a digital form via email closer to the event to list any allergies or preferences. All food will be clearly labeled with gluten-free, dairy-free, vegetarian and vegan options in mind.

Can I bring a spectator?

Yes! We love a good cheering squad. Your guests are welcome to come and support you as you hit your goals. To enter the event, all spectators must visit the registration desk to sign a liability waiver and receive an official wristband.

While they are encouraged to cheer you on and grab a bite from the on-site food trucks, please note that spectator access does not include the Welcome Reception, participation in the NML Games themselves, or use of the rest and recovery stations (saunas, cold plunges, etc.), as those are reserved exclusively for registered athletes.

Do I need to sign a waiver?

Yes, all participants must sign a digital liability waiver. You’ll receive this via email the week before the event, or you can sign it at the Friday check-in.

Should I bring my laptop for the goal setting session?

If that’s where you prefer to take notes absolutely. We will be providing a physical notebook and pen, but you are welcome to use whatever tool helps you dream big.

What is the refund policy?

Tickets are non-refundable, but they are 100% transferable. If life happens and you can’t make it, you can gift or sell your spot to another member of the community. Just email us by November 4th to update the registration name.

How can I notify you of my specific accessibility requirements?

We want to ensure you have the best experience possible. Closer to the event, all registered athletes will receive a digital form via email. This is your opportunity to list any specific accessibility needs or accommodations you may require so our team can be prepared to support you the moment you arrive.

The venue is fully accessible. The entire event – including the Friday reception, Saturday NML Games, and the Sunday VIP sessions are located on the ground floor.

What if I need a modification for the NML Games?

Our “You vs. You” philosophy applies to everyone. If you have a physical limitation or a specific mobility need, our NML team will work with you to find a movement standard that is safe, challenging, and rewarding for your specific situation.
