The Workout: 8 Energizing Yoga Poses + 10-Minute Yoga Flow for Beginners
Flow through these 8 energizing yoga poses on the right side of the body and then repeat on the left side. Repeat the entire sequence as many times as you’d like. I like to set a timer for 10-minutes, while my coffee is brewing in the French Press, and move through these poses one to two times on each side of the body.
No equipment needed for this low-impact, bodyweight yoga flow besides an optional yoga mat(affiliate).
