A FULL 30-MINUTE WORKOUT VIDEO! You’ve been asking for them, and in honor of my 30th birthday I’m so excited to finally give you a full, 30-Minute HIIT Workout Video with weights.

Full Workout Video: 30-Minute HIIT Workout with Weights

This workout pairs strength-building, weighted exercises with bursts of cardio-based HIIT. Meaning you’ll keep your heart rate high while toning and strengthening!

All you need is a set of medium-to-heavy dumbbells {I’m using 10 lbs in the video, but would probably strive for 12-15 lbs at home}. And you can follow along live, as I coach you through each exercise and sweat alongside you.  

Here’s a breakdown of what you can expect during this 30-Minute HIIT Workout Video:

Dynamic Warm Up

Circuit One:

  • Dumbbell Overhead Lunges
  • Single Arm Neutral Shoulder Press
  • Lunge + Single Arm Press + Knee Drive
  • Lateral Lunge + Lunge Jump Switch
    x 2 Sets

Circuit Two 

  • Single Leg Glute Bridge
  • Lying Skull Crushers
  • Glute Bridge + Skull Crusher
  • Dumbbell Row + Burpee
    x 2 Sets

Circuit Three

  • 80/20 Squats
  • Bicep Curls
  • 80/20 Squat + Hammer Curl + Knee Lift
  • Fast Feet + My Call
    x 2 Sets

Circuit Four

  • Push Ups
  • Sprinter Sit Ups
  • 3 Count Mountain Climber
