- 3 Medium-to-Large Sweet Potatoes
- Avocado Oil OR Coconut Oil {drizzle or spray}
- Salt + Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
- Peel and slice sweet potatoes lengthwise into wedges.
- Spray baking sheet with non-stick spray, or line with parchment paper. Arrange wedges in even layer on baking sheet.
- Drizzle or spray with avocado or coconut oil.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, until crisped to your desire.
