3 Moves to Tone Your Bikini Bum {the beach bum workout}

I think we can all agree that we feel more confident stepping into our itsy bitsy bikini after a quick sweat session, right? So here’s a quick, 5 minute, beach bum workout that will do just the trick to build that confidence {and beautiful bum at the same time}.

Tighten your legs and sculpt your beach bum with these 3 moves before digging your toes in the sand.

i recommend 10 reps of each exercise {10 reps per leg} x 3 sets.

ps – I broke my tiny toe so I modified a bit and only did this workout on one leg, but I couldn’t pass up the opportunity to workout on the beach. If you can do this in sand, even more awesome as it will add a whole new stability and balance challenge {as you can see my balance struggles in the video :)}.
