Each week I share a faith/scripture post on my Instagram and I’ve been happily overwhelmed by messages and conversations it strikes. So I started thinking, what if we did a mini-bible study together?! There’d be so much conversation and accountability.
I occasionally scour Pinterest for scripture reading challenges when I’m in a Bible-reading rut. In fact, I did this scripture challenge before Christmas with some girlfriends and I loved how it prepared my mind and heart for the Christmas season.
So I thought, what better time to dive deeper in scripture with a reading challenge than preparing for Easter?!
The best part, this 25-day reading plan was developed by my good friend Carly, founder of Six Notes Clothing a scripture apparel company, a woman who’s heart for God is so big. Carly’s knowledge of scripture far exceeds mine and her insights are so valuable. In fact, Carly will be sharing her knowledge with all of us as she’ll be posting a more in-depth meaning behind each days reading{s} with a post on her blog. I highly suggest you check out these posts as they will add so much valuable to this Easter scripture reading challenge.
The goal of this Easter Scripture Reading Challenge is to prepare your heart and mind for Easter through scripture — starting with how the Old Testament points to Jesus, through some major lessons of atonement, sacrificial lamb, and the new covenant; and ending with the significance of the resurrection and power of the Holy Spirit.
It that last sentence seems a little overwhelming for you, please don’t be discouraged, know that I’m a bit intimidated by those words too. But this scripture reading challenge really is for all levels and Carly will provide insights to guide us along the way {so make sure you’re following her on social too @sixnotesclothing}.
Monday, March 5th! We’ll be following a Monday-Saturday reading plan for the next 25-days {taking Sunday’s off}, leading up to Easter.
As I mentioned, Carly will be posting a more in-depth meaning behind each days Bible reading{s} with a post on her blog. I highly suggest you check out these posts as they will add so much valuable to this Easter scripture reading challenge.
Simply follow the day-by-day reading plan pictured below {be sure to pin this image, save it to your phone or computer, screenshot it, or whatever you need to do to have access to it on a daily basis for the next 25-days and beyond}.
As I mentioned above, we’ll be following a Monday-Saturday reading plan for the next 25-days {taking Sunday’s off}, leading up to Easter. But you can follow this 25-day Easter Bible study however you’d like.
Upon first glance, these verses are just stories, but when we dive deeper, we see that they are much more. They point to the power of the Cross. It’s these details that can help solidify our faith. These prophesies were given to us hundreds of years before the death of Christ {and this 25-day Bible study is just a small sampling}!
The study leads us to when Jesus rose from death, the ultimate victory. Sin no longer has a hold on us and we live in freedom because of the torture, ridicule and price Jesus paid on the Cross for us.
No one will ever love us as much, or endure that much for us. This type of love is hard to grasp. Which is why this Easter scripture reading challenge is meant to be a starting point to dive deeper into the Bible. Finding a deeper understanding of God’s word, His love for us, and to solidify our faith.
My prayer for you and me is that throughout this Easter scripture reading challenge our hearts will burn with a desire to get to know Jesus better so we can stand firm in our faith.

Every time I do one of your workouts I think oh this won’t be so bad, and then I’m covered in sweat and sore for two days! ?Thanks again!
