Easy, 3-Ingredient Cookie Dough Dessert Bites (Egg-Free)

Gluten-free, dairy-free, egg-free and 100% guilt free; these easy, 3-ingredient cookie dough dessert bites are my favorite no-bake, healthy treat! They’re so easy to make and will satisfy your sugar cravings.

These dessert bites are only 3-ingredients. All of which you most likely have at home right now — oats, ripe bananas and dark chocolate chips. That’s it.

My kids also love them as a healthy dessert for snacking at home or on-the-go!

This recipe is actually based off the healthiest 3-ingredient cookies you’ll ever make, which went nuts after I made the cookies live on The Jason Show.

Description

Gluten-free, dairy-free, egg-free and 100% guilt free; these easy, 3-ingredient cookie dough dessert bites are my favorite no-bake, healthy treat!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 large ripe bananas
  • 2 c oat flour (or 2 ½3 c old fashioned oats finely ground in food processor or high speed blender)
  • ¼ c dark chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. If making oat flour, place rolled oats in food processor or high speed blender and blend until oats become oat flour (the fine consistency of flour).
  2. In large mixing bowl combined ripe bananas with oat flour, mix well.
  3. Add dark chocolate chips or cacao nibs and mix well.
  4. Roll into 1″ bites and place on baking sheet covered with parchment paper. if the dough is too sticky you may need to add more oat flour or roll the bites with slightly wet hands to avoid the dough sticking to your hands.
  5. Enjoy and store leftovers in the fridge for up to one week.
  6. This recipe makes approximately 24 bites or 12 servings, 2 bites per serving.

Can I Make This Recipe Without Oat Flour?

You can substitute oat flour with blanched almond flour or all purpose flour. If using coconut flour, use half the amount of oat flour.

How Do I Store Cookie Dough Bites?

Store your dessert bites in an airtight container in the fridge for 1-2 weeks. You can also freeze for longer storage.

You can probably make these dessert bites right now with what you have in your fridge and cupboard! All you need is:

  • Ripe Bananas
  • Oat Flour
  • Dark Chocolate Chips

Warm, gooey, chocolate and oatmeal GOODNESS! One-bowl cookie dough that is healthy enough to eat for breakfast, but rich enough to satisfy your sweet tooth after dinner.

One serving is 24 cookies or 12 servings (2 bites per serving). You can store in the fridge for a week or freeze them so you can grab and go.

  1. these look great lindsey! they’re no bake–correct? i’m a little confused because it says to remove from the oven and let cool–but I’m assuming they’re just roll and go 🙂 Thanks for sharing lady!
