Gluten-free, dairy-free, egg-free and 100% guilt free; these easy, 3-ingredient cookie dough dessert bites are my favorite no-bake, healthy treat!

- 2 large ripe bananas
- 2 c oat flour (or 2 ½ – 3 c old fashioned oats finely ground in food processor or high speed blender)
- ¼ c dark chocolate chips
Instructions
- If making oat flour, place rolled oats in food processor or high speed blender and blend until oats become oat flour (the fine consistency of flour).
- In large mixing bowl combined ripe bananas with oat flour, mix well.
- Add dark chocolate chips or cacao nibs and mix well.
- Roll into 1″ bites and place on baking sheet covered with parchment paper. if the dough is too sticky you may need to add more oat flour or roll the bites with slightly wet hands to avoid the dough sticking to your hands.
- Enjoy and store leftovers in the fridge for up to one week.
- This recipe makes approximately 24 bites or 12 servings, 2 bites per serving.
