Fall is here and now that your weekend cabin bag and bikini are packed away, and your calendar is finally clearing up, falling back into a workout routine is likely top of mind.

Stairs (and the stairclimber machine) are crazy good for glutes… just make sure you’re pushing with your glutes! It can be easy to let your quads and hamstrings do all the work.
