The NML team pulled together a few different gift ideas for women, for men, and smaller “stocking stuffer” gifts in this guide! We compiled our favorite lululemon gifts to make this gift guide a one-stop-shop for everyone on your list.
A few reasons why we love shopping lululemon (especially around the holiday season) include:
This gift guide is brought to you in partnership with lululemon. All words and opinions are my own. Thank you for supporting the brands that make Nourish Move Love and all the content you see on this blog possible!
Whether you’re looking for the best gift ideas for your mom, best friend, sister, girlfriend, wife (or let’s just say it — yourself!) — these are some of our FAVORITE gift ideas for women from lululemon!
Including the best work-from-home lounging pants to a parka that will keep her warm all winter, these are our favorite lululemon products for women.
Size guide notes are from Lindsey who is 5’8″ and typically wears a size 4-6 or size small, but tends to wear a size 6 at lululemon.
1) Align™ High-Rise Pant 2) Wunder Train High-Rise Tight 3) Swiftly Tech Long Sleeve Shirt 2.0 4) Scuba Fleece 1/2 Zip 5) Winter Warrior 3-In-1 Parka
The Aligns are THE leggings that lululemon is known for. These buttery-soft lululemon leggings come in a 25″, 28″ and 31″ lengths. I personally prefer the 25″ (I’m 5’8″ and they hit me a couple inches above the ankle).
The lululemon Aligns have also become known as the number one maternity leggings and I couldn’t agree more (they’ve been in my Favorite Fit Pregnancy Products Guide for years)! They are SO COMFY and stretch with your growing belly; making them perfect for pregnancy (and postpartum).
Get This If: You’re looking for a flattering, extremely comfortable leggings. Perfect for everyday wear, lounging, yoga or working out during pregnancy.
Size Guide: This is the one pair of lululemon leggings I size down in (I typically wear a size 6 in lululemon leggings, but I wear a size 4 in the Aligns). That said, I do get my regular size, size 6 for pregnancy.
Our favorite workout leggings from lululemon! If you love the sleek feeling of the Aligns but want something with a little more compression and support for high impact workouts, these are the lululemon leggings for you.
My go-to workout leggings when I’m not pregnant because they stay up without being overly tight around the waist (the waistband doesn’t dig in).
Get This If: You want a sweat-wicking workout legging that stays put during HIIT workouts, strength training and spin classes.
Size Guide: True to size I wear a size 6 (not pregnant).
This shirt has the perfect support/stretch balance (and looks good on everyone)! And it’s become a new staple in my wardrobe.
I bought two of the short-sleeved Swiftly Tech shirts for working out and love the fit so much that I had to get the long sleeve shirt too.
Great for outdoor runs and training in, but I also love to use mine as a base layer during colder months.
Get This If: You want a versatile top that you can wear to the gym or as a staple base layer.
Size Guide: True to size, I wear a size 6, but just bought this long sleeve in a size 8 for pregnancy (and it fits great)!
This plush fleece is the ULTIMATE cozy layer. Reviewers rave about the soft t-shirt lining inside this zip-up and the perfect crop length (it hits right at the hips).
Get This If: You want a cute and cozy pullover for running errands, hanging out, or layering.
Size Guide: True to size, I wear a size 6 (not pregnant).
This is the biggest “splurge” on our list, but it’s truly a winter staple if you live in a colder climate.
Our Minnesota winters are no joke, and this coat can handle the temperature swings as it’s actually three jackets in one:
Snap the different layers in and out to take you from chilly fall days, to downright cold winter weather, or spring showers.
Get This If: You want an investment piece that will keep you warm through the chilliest of days.
Size Guide: True to size, I wear a size 6, fits great (and I can still zip it up around my pregnant belly…for now).
Whether your guy needs some clothes that he can dress up, or is looking for an upgrade to the basketball shorts he’s had since college; these are our top lululemon picks for guys!
We pulled our favorite gift ideas for boyfriends, husbands, brothers, dads, or any special guy in your life. These are solid wardrobe staples that he’ll feel and look good in.
Size guide notes are from Lindsey’s husband Tim, who is 6’4″ and typically wears a size large or 34 pant (and prefers classic fit styles). He tends to wear a size large bottom and XL top at lululemon.
1) ABC Pant (Slim Fit or Classic Fit) 2) ABC Jogger 3) Metal Vent Tech Half-Zip 2.0 4) City Sweat Pullover Hoodie 5) Down For It All Hoodie
The ultimate pant for dressing up or down — the ABC Pant is known for being COMFORTABLE while still looking good!
This is the perfect gift if your guy has started going back into the office for work and needs to look presentable but misses the comfort of work-from-home sweatpants life.
They come in both a Slim Fit and Classic Fit depending on whether he likes his pants more fitted or a little looser.
Get This If: You’re looking for a pant that’s comfortable but LOOKS GOOD. Great everyday or work pant (golf pant, date night pant…the list goes on)!
Size Guide: True to size; Tim wears a size 34 and 34″ length classic fit.
They’re perfect for lounging, hitting the gym, running errands — basically, this pant can do it all.
These are an upgraded version of his favorite sweatpants from college — they’re soft, comfortable and just a little bit more grownup.
My husband just got a pair of these and I have to say, he looks SO GOOD in them (his first pair of nice-fitting sweat pants).
Get This If: You want a pant that is super comfortable and takes you from the gym to casual date night. Perfect for lounging or working out.
Size Guide: True to size; Tim wears a size large, but he does prefer the “tall” or 32″ length.
This is the perfect layering pullover — from outdoor running to working out, golfing and casual wear.
It’s made out of lightweight, anti-odor material that’s perfect for taking from the gym to running errands. This pullover is designed to be breathable while still offering coverage.
Get This If: You want a versatile, lightweight pullover (perfect if your man runs hot and complains that most pullovers are too heavy).
Size Guide: True to size; Tim wears a size XL (and loves that the sleeves are long enough for him).
Every guy needs a solid hoodie, and this is one of our favorites.
The City Sweat Pullover is the perfect compromise between function and fashion — it’s comfortable and easy to throw on, but still looks nice and more pulled together than your typical sweatshirt.
Our guys love the athletic fit of this sweatshirt — it’s comfortable without being too bulky (or too fitted).
Get This If: You want a grown-up version of your favorite sweatshirt.
Size Guide: True to size; Tim wears a size XL.
I would consider this more of a jacket than a hoodie. But for a lightweight coat, it packs a lot of warmth (it’s made with 700-fill-power goose down).
The Down For It All Hoodie is also water-repellent, so he can continue wearing it through rainy fall and spring days.
Get This If: You want a lightweight coat that holds up to chilly temps.
Size Guide: True to size; Tim wears a size XL.
If you’re looking for a “smaller” gift, these are our favorite stocking stuffer ideas for women; almost all items are under $50 (and one size fits all)!

1) Everywhere Belt Bag 2) Skinny Scrunchie 6-Pack 3) Knit Mittens 4) Run For It All Earwarmer 5) MacroPillow™ Tab Running Sock
One of the MOST POPULAR gifts for women; and personally our MOST USED item as an NML team. BONUS: you can stuff it with a gift card.
The Everywhere Belt Bag has replaced every single one of my bags and purses. I keep my keys and wallet in here and throw it on every time I walk out the door.
It’s SO FUNCTIONAL and you can wear it crossbody or around your hips.
Get This If: Just get this (for yourself and your friends). Everyone needs one! I use mine every single day — it’s so dang practical. And I always pick up a few extras to have on hand this time of year to give to anyone I might have forgotten.
I’ve been wearing these skinny scrunchies in almost all of the workout videos we’ve filmed over the last year.
They stay in place, minimize hair breakage, and I love the subtle pop of color.
Get This If: You wear your hair up and have lost all of your hair-ties over the last year (where do they all go?!). Also a great in-between option if you feel like you’re too old for the larger scrunchie trend.
Cold hands, meet your match!
These Knit Mittens are made of a wool blend on the outside and fleece fabric on the inside to make a mitten that’s functional AND cozy.
The knitted pattern is subtle but adds a nice detail to these mittens. AND they come with a matching Knit Beanie Hat!
Get This If: You need a cute, yet functional pair of mittens and like the fold-over style that allows you to use your fingers when you need to.
This earwarmer is shaped to keep your ears warm on chilly winter runs.
I love it because it stays in place (there’s even an opening you can slip a ponytail through) without being too compressive.
Get This If: You are a winter runner, walker or outdoor enthusiasts looking to keep your ears warm.
Let’s be honest – everyone probably needs some new socks.
I love this as a gift because it’s one of those things that people might not necessarily buy themselves — but appreciate having so much. These are made with medium cushion support to keep your feet comfortable during runs or high impact training.
Get This If: You want to gift an upgraded version of something that everyone needs – socks!

Are you pregnant again?
I did one of your recent workouts and I wasn’t sure if it was a recently filmed video or just posted now. I’m 5 months along and it’d be so cool to work out along with your progression and workout adaptations!
Hi Sarah! Yes, I am currently 21 weeks pregnant! Congrats on your pregnancy as well! And keep up the good work mama! We have lots of pregnancy friendly workouts to keep you moving. -Lindsey
