As a new mom I love a quick and challenging HIIT {high intensity interval training} workout now more than ever. So I’ve rounded up my 8 best HIIT workouts under 30 minutes.
There’s something for everyone in this round up — from total body Kettlebell circuits, to strength and cardio lower body training. My personal favorite is a toss up between the HIIT it Hard 30 Minute Kettlebell AMRAP and Strength + Cardio 30 Minute AMRAP with one dumbbell.
