Hello 2017! And hello new year’s resolutions. As a fitness blogger I really should be jumping all over the new year’s resolution bandwagon and encouraging you to set health and fitness goals; and purchase my workout videos {ok I had to throw a shameless plug in there}.
But being pregnant, it’s the first year I’m not looking at New Year’s as an opportunity to tighten up my diet and waistline. Rather, I’m looking at New Year’s as an opportunity to renew. To Renew my love for working out, teaching classes, cooking healthy meals in the kitchen, believing in myself and my business. To spend less time running and scheduling, and more time enjoying and savoring these activities.
I invite you to join me on renewing versus resoluting this year! And to kick things off, I’m sharing my 8 must try exercise in 2017.

When they approached me about helping write the workout program for their signature Glow Guide {a 6-week, flexible plan including workouts, meal plans, grocery lists and boat loads of motivation}, naturally I jumped all over the opportunity. I’m sharing all the details about the The Healthy Glow Collective and Glow Guide below, but first I wanted to round up my 8 favorite exercises from the Glow Guide and share them with you in the form of a 25 minute circuit workout!
the workout: 8 must try exercises in 2017 + 25 minute circuit workout
This workout consists of my eight favorite exercises from the Glow Guide and can be turned into a power 8 circuit workout. Perform each exercise for 1 minute {30 seconds per leg/arm/side as needed}. Make this a quick, 8-minute workout or extend it into a 16 or 24 minute workout by repeating the entire circuit x 2-3 sets.
All you need is a medium-to-heavy set of dumbbells to complete the mix of bodyweight and strength training exercises below.
Option to repeat entire circuit x 2-3 sets.

Great workouts! I think these are perfect while you are expecting. It’s easy to fall off the wagon with exercise while pregnant. These are easy to follow and not too over the top where you give up. Thanks for sharing!
