No-Bake Chocolate Tahini Energy Bites

Description

Swap your mid-afternoon cookie for one of these no-bake chocolate tahini energy bites.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 3/4 c tahini (sesame seed butter)
  • 1 c old fashioned rolled oats
  • 1/4 c shredded, unsweetened coconut
  • 1/4 c chia seeds
  • 1/4 c dark chocolate chips
  • 2 tbsp honey


Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix together the tahini, oats, coconut, chia seeds, chocolate chips and honey. Stir to combine.
  2. Roll the mixture into balls with your hands.
  3. Refrigerate for a couple hours to allow the energy bites to set.

Notes

*This recipe makes approximately 16 balls or 8 servings (2 balls per serving).
**Best if stored in the fridge or freezer.
