Swap your mid-afternoon cookie for one of these no-bake chocolate tahini energy bites.
Ingredients

- 3/4 c tahini (sesame seed butter)
- 1 c old fashioned rolled oats
- 1/4 c shredded, unsweetened coconut
- 1/4 c chia seeds
- 1/4 c dark chocolate chips
- 2 tbsp honey
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix together the tahini, oats, coconut, chia seeds, chocolate chips and honey. Stir to combine.
- Roll the mixture into balls with your hands.
- Refrigerate for a couple hours to allow the energy bites to set.
Notes
*This recipe makes approximately 16 balls or 8 servings (2 balls per serving).
**Best if stored in the fridge or freezer.
