Ingredients

- 1 c milk
- ½ frozen banana
- ¼ c blueberries (or fresh or frozen berries of choice)
- ½ c spinach
- ½ c rolled oats
- 1-2 tbsp nut butter
- Optional: 1 scoop protein powder or collagen peptides
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend until smoothie reaches desired consistency. Feel free to add ice or adjust the amount of liquid based on personal preference of smoothie thickness.
