Targets: Legs, glutes,  hamstrings, quads, hips,  shoulders, abs and core.

DEADLIFT + CLEAN

Targets: Hamstrings, glutes,  hips, lower back and core.

SNATCH +  MARCH

Targets: Legs, hamstrings,  hips, glutes, back, shoulders  and deep transverse abdomen muscles (core).

LATERAL  SQUAT +  BICEP CURL

Targets: Gluteus medius,  quads, inner thighs,  hamstrings, calves and  biceps.

GLUTE  BRIDGE +  PULLOVER

Targets: Glutes, hamstrings,  hips, core, pelvic floor, calves,  lats and pecs.
