What is Tabata?

A True Tabata  Workout Is: Performing 1 exercise  for 20 seconds of work,  rest 10 seconds and  repeat x8 sets  (that's why the call it  the "4-Minute Fat  Burning Workout")!

Squat Jacks: Perform  for 20 sec, rest 10 sec.  Repeat x 8 sets. 

Tabata Exercise 

On average, people who do a   20-minute Tabata Workout (exercises like push-ups, burpees, lunge jumps) burn an average  of 15 calories per minute  (according to ACE).

HIIT Workouts: Vary in timed intervals.  HIIT is typically a slightly  lower intensity for a  longer period of time  (combining weights  and cardio).

Chop + Press: Perform  for 40 sec, rest 20 sec.  Repeat x 3 sets.
