BIRD DOG REACH

TARGETS: Hips, back + abs. This exercise strengthens  your spine, and releases  tension in the neck + back.

BEAR CRAWL  + STAND

TARGETS: Deep transverse abdomen muscles, rectus abdomens, oblique muscles, shoulders and quads.

MODIFIED  SIDE PLANK

TARGETS: Obliques,  shoulders, hips and outer  glutes. Great for glutes +  abs!!

HEEL  SLIDES

TARGETS: Ab and core  muscles, legs + hamstrings. Heel slides strengthen the  core, which helps prevent + treat low back pain.

SUMO  SQUAT +  REACH

TARGETS: Obliques, inner  thighs, outer thighs glutes  and quads.

INCLINE  PLANK  HOLD

TARGETS: Upper abs, lower  abs and deep core muscles. The higher the incline, the  less pressure on the core.
