LAT PULL DOWNS

Targets: Back (the lats,  largest muscle in the  upper body). 

Targets: Biceps (both the long and short heads of the muscle).

CONCENTRATION BICEP CURLS

Targets: Shoulders, Chest  and Back.  *Can also perform standing.

SHOULDER PRESS

TRICEP KICKBACKS

Targets:  Triceps (AKA the back of the arm).
