LUNGE +  KNEE  DRIVE

Targets: Legs, glutes,  quadriceps, hamstrings,  hip flexors, calves,  adductors and core.

DEADLIFT

Targets: Hamstrings,  glutes, hips, calves, lower  back and core.

LATERAL  LUNGE

Targets: Legs, quads,  outer glutes, inner thighs  and hips.
