ADDUCTOR CONTRACTION

Put 2 fists between  your knees. Squeeze  for a 5-second hold  to activate adductors (inner thigh/hips).

SEATED  ADDUCTOR STRETCH

Stretch the legs wide  and drop opposite  shoulder to knee;  stretching inner thighs.
