GOBLET  SQUAT

Targets: Legs, glutes, quads, hamstrings, hip abductors, chest and core.

SPLIT  LUNGE

DEADLIFT

Targets: Posterior chain, hamstrings, glutes, core,  and lower back.

LATERAL  SQUAT

Targets: Glutes (gluteus medius), quads, hip  adductors (inner thighs), hamstrings and core.

GLUTE  BRIDGE

Targets: Glutes,  hamstrings, hips and  pelvic floor.

1. Goblet Squat 2. Split Lunge 3. Deadlift 4. Lateral Squat 5. Glute Bridge DO IT: Perform for 40 seconds work, 20 seconds rest.
