EASY RUN  + CORE

Time: 10 Minutes 1-5 Mile Run

DAY 3

DUMBBELL ARMS

Time: 30 Minutes Equipment: Dumbbells 

DAY 4

GLUTES + TEMPO RUN

Time: 10 Minutes 2-10 Mile Run

DAY 5

FULL BODY STRENGTH

Time: 30 Minutes Equipment: Dumbbells 

DAY 6

HIP  MOBILITY

Time: 10 Minutes Equipment: None
