YES! Cardio is important for fat loss. Raising your heart rate burns calories. So, the more you exercise, the more calories you'll burn.

How Often Should A Beginner Exercise?

Start with weight training 3 days a week and aim for 8-10K steps a day!

JUMP  ROPE

Targets: Calves, quads, hamstrings, glutes, abs, oblique muscles, forearms, biceps, triceps, shoulders,  back and chest.

STEP  TOUCH

Targets: Hip flexors,  quads, calves, shoulders  and chest. ⭐️The bigger the arms,  the higher the heart rate!

HIGH  KNEE  JACKS

Targets: Glutes, quads,  calves, hamstrings, hip  flexors, shoulders, arms  and core.

FRONT  PUNCH +  TAP BACK

Targets: Total upper  body — arms, back,  shoulders, chest, biceps, triceps, abs and core.

KNEE TO  ELBOW  CRUNCH

Targets: Rectus  abdominis, transverse abdominal muscles and obliques

1. Jump Rope 2. Side-to-Side Step Touch 3. High Knee Jacks 4. Front Punch + Tap 5. Knee to Elbow Crunch DO IT: Perform for 40 seconds work, 10 seconds rest.
