Targets: Side abs, hips  and glutes. ⭐ Lift the hips high!

LOW PLANK REACHES

Targets: Abs, core, back  and shoulders. ⭐ Try to NOT move your  hips as you extend arms.

PLANK  WALK  OUTS

Targets: Abs, core,  back and shoulders. ⭐ The further you walk  your hands out, the harder  this will be!
