Think: 80% of weight  in standing leg, 20%  in kickstand leg.

SPLIT LUNGE

Think: Drive through  front heel to stand  back up.

SINGLE LEG DEADLIFT

Modification: Stand  near a wall to reach  out for balance  support as needed.

STAGGERED  SWING

SINGLE LEG  GLUTE BRIDGE

Modification: Bridge from ground vs  elevated on bench.
