These are the simplest, most delicious lactation cookies for nursing mamas! These no-bake cookies pack lactation supporting ingredients like dates and oats.

- 1 cup pitted medjool dates (about 15)
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup cashew butter
- chocolate chips to taste
- pinch of sea salt
- Optional: 1 scoop whey protein powder
Instructions
- To a food processor, add the pitted dates, oats, honey, vanilla, cashew butter, salt and chocolates chips. Blend to combine.
- Roll the mixture into balls with your hands.
- Refrigerate for a couple hours to allow the cookies to set.
