No-Bake Chocolate Cashew Lactation Cookies

Description

These are the simplest, most delicious lactation cookies for nursing mamas! These no-bake cookies pack lactation supporting ingredients like dates and oats.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup pitted medjool dates (about 15)
  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup cashew butter
  • chocolate chips to taste
  • pinch of sea salt
  • Optional: 1 scoop whey protein powder


Instructions

  1. To a food processor, add the pitted dates, oats, honey, vanilla, cashew butter, salt and chocolates chips. Blend to combine.
  2. Roll the mixture into balls with your hands.
  3. Refrigerate for a couple hours to allow the cookies to set.

*Best if stored in the fridge or freezer.
