Description

Cool down with these creamy, and naturally sweet coconut mango fruit popsicles! Toddlers and kids love this mango smoothie popsicle recipe; and best of all they are so simple to make with only three ingredients.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 ½ cups frozen mango chunks
  • 1 banana
  • 8-10 oz coconut water (depending on desired thickness)
  • Optional: 2 scoops collagen peptides

Instructions

  1. In a high-speed blender, combine all ingredients (starting with 8 oz coconut water).
  2. Blend on smoothie setting or on high for 1-2 minutes. Add additional coconut water if mixture is too thick.
  3. Remove from blender and spoon into popsicle molds of choice. Freeze for 12 hours or overnight.
  4. Option to pour directly into a cup or bowl to enjoy as a smoothie bowl with optional toppings as well.
  5. Store fruit popsicles in the freezer for up to one month.
