Cool down with these creamy, and naturally sweet coconut mango fruit popsicles! Toddlers and kids love this mango smoothie popsicle recipe; and best of all they are so simple to make with only three ingredients.

- 1 ½ cups frozen mango chunks
- 1 banana
- 8-10 oz coconut water (depending on desired thickness)
- Optional: 2 scoops collagen peptides
Instructions
- In a high-speed blender, combine all ingredients (starting with 8 oz coconut water).
- Blend on smoothie setting or on high for 1-2 minutes. Add additional coconut water if mixture is too thick.
- Remove from blender and spoon into popsicle molds of choice. Freeze for 12 hours or overnight.
- Option to pour directly into a cup or bowl to enjoy as a smoothie bowl with optional toppings as well.
- Store fruit popsicles in the freezer for up to one month.
