Yoga Flow and Cardio Combo {push up to lunge and single leg burpee}

yoga flow and cardio in the same mini circuit…say what? one of my favorite ways to exercise is to super-set strength or balance based exercises with explosive, power based exercises as it increases your heart rate and builds cardio into your strength training. this single leg burpee and push up to lunge combo will get your heart rate up and then slow it down allowing you to train in different hr zones and work on increasing your recovery time.

i recommend starting with 10 reps of each exercise {10 reps per leg} x 3 sets. or super-setting these exercises in 30 second intervals {30 seconds per exercise} x 3 set, taking short 10-20 second breaks as needed.
