Targets: Upper abs,  lower abs, obliques, shoulders and back.  Perform from the toes or  drop to knees (to modify).

KNEELING  CHOP

Targets: The deep  transverse abdomens  muscles, oblique muscles,  back and shoulders.

CHEST PRESS  + KICK OUT

Targets: Chest,  shoulders, triceps + core. TO MODIFY: Kick out 1  leg at a time instead of 2 legs (which is harder).
