Targets: Legs, quads,  outer glutes, inner thighs,  hips and core.

REVERSE  GRIP ROW  + HOLD

Targets: Both the lower  back and upper back, specifically the lats and rhomboids.

DEADLIFT  + CLEAN SQUAT

Targets: Legs, glutes, hamstrings, hips, quads,  core and low back muscles.

WIDE CURL + LATERAL  RAISE

Targets: Targets the long  head of the biceps, and the  short head of the biceps  and the shoulders.
