DUMBBELL  SQUAT

Targets: Legs, glutes, quadriceps, hamstrings,  hips and core.

REVERSE LUNGE 

Targets: Legs, glutes,  quads, hamstrings  and core.

ROMANIAN DEADLIFT

Targets: Posterior chain, hamstrings, glutes, core  and lower back.

LATERAL LUNGE

Targets: Legs, glutes,  quads, hips, hamstrings,  outer glutes, inner thighs  and core.

1. Dumbbell Squat 2. Reverse Lunge 3. Deadlift 4. Lateral Lunge DO IT: 30 secs work, 15 secs rest.
