Targets: Legs, glutes,  quads, arms, biceps,  shoulders and core.

Targets: Legs, glutes, quadriceps, hamstring muscles, hips and core.

LATERAL  LUNGE +  FRONT RAISE

Targets: Gluteus medius, quads, hips, inner thighs, shoulders, abs and core muscles.

DEADLIFT,  BACK ROW  + SQUAT

Targets: Quads, glutes, hamstrings, hips, lower  back, mid-upper back  and inner thighs.

1. Squat to Shoulder Press 2. Eccentric Squat 3. Lateral Lunge + Front Raise 4. Deadlift, Row + Squat DO IT: 30 secs work, 15 secs rest.
