Targets: Legs, glutes, quadriceps, hamstrings,  hips and core.

SINGLE  ARM  ROW

Targets: Mainly the lats and core.

REVERSE  LUNGE +  CURL

Targets: Legs, glutes,  quads, core, arms and  biceps.

KNEELING  SINGLE  ARM PRESS

Targets: The rear deltoids  and front deltoids  (shoulders) and core.

1. Squats 2. Single Arm Row 3. Lunge + Curl 4. Single Arm Press DO IT: Perform each exercise 40 seconds work, 20 seconds rest.
