Is HIIT Good For  Weight Loss?

HIIT workouts are good  for weight loss because  they push you to work  hard, leading to a high  calorie expenditure.

Can A Beginner Do  HIIT Workouts?

If you’re new to HIIT  training, I recommend  starting slowly with  shorter “work” intervals  and longer rest periods.

LUNGE  JUMPS

Targets: Legs, butt, hamstrings, quads and  thighs.

PLANK JACKS

Targets: Shoulders,  abs, obliques, glutes,  outer glutes, hips, calves and back.

LATERAL SQUAT JUMPS

Targets: Glutes, quads,  hip adductors,  hamstrings and core.

BURPEES

Targets: Upper body  (chest, arms, back,  shoulders), lower body  (legs, glutes, hips) and  core.

1. Lunge Jumps 2. Plank Jacks 3. Lateral Squat Jumps 4. Burpees DO IT: 30 secs work, 10 secs rest.
