Targets: The two heads  of the bicep muscle and  the stabilizing muscles in  the shoulder, wrist, elbow  and core.

DEADLIFT +  BACK ROW

Targets: Legs, glutes, hamstrings, quads, hips,  core and back.

SUMO SQUAT  + PUSH UP

Targets: Legs, glutes,  quads, inner thighs, outer  glutes, arms, chest,  shoulders, triceps + core.
