LATERAL  SHOULDER  RAISE

Targets: The lateral  deltoid (also engages the anterior deltoids and  posterior deltoid).

Targets: Chest (pecs), shoulders (deltoids) and triceps.

BICEP  CURL

Targets: The biceps  brachii (the front of your  arms).

KNEELING  PULL  BACK ROW

Targets: Latissimus dorsi  (or lats; the largest back muscle known for its large, flat “V” shape).
