Targets:Legs, glutes, hamstrings, hips, quads,  core + low back muscles.

Targets: The low back  and upper back, hips,  hamstrings, glutes, core + shoulders.

SNATCH +  PUSH UP

Targets: Legs, hips,  hamstrings, glutes, back, shoulders, chest + core.

Targets: Triceps, lower  abs, pelvic floor + deep  transverse abdominal abs.
