Targets: The lower back  and upper back,  hamstrings, hips, glutes  and core.

ALTERNATING  NEUTRAL  PRESS

Targets: Shoulders,  triceps, rear delts and  upper back muscles.

BACK FLY + PULLBACK

Targets: The posterior  deltoids, rhomboids,  trapezius muscles, lats  and triceps.

PLANK +  SINGLE ARM  BACK ROW

Targets: Latissimus  dorsi, upper back, chest,  shoulders, arms and core.

KNEELING  Y-FLY

Targets: Shoulders,  rotator cuff muscles  and core.
