A deload week is an  intentional period of  scaling down your  workouts by reducing  intensity, load or  duration.

How do you know  you need a deload week?

✅ Struggling to lift  weights you’ve previously trained with ✅ Persistent muscle  soreness ✅ Exhausted after  workouts

How Often  Should You Do A Deload Week?

Listen to your body.  Most people will benefit  from adding a deload  week every 8-12 weeks.

FULL BODY  + ABS

Time: 20 Minutes Equipment: None

DAY 2

DUMBBELL LEGS

Time: 25 Minutes Equipment: Dumbbells  (50% of your usual weight)

DAY 3

FULL BODY MOBILITY

Time: 15 Minutes Equipment: None

DAY 4

DUMBBELL ARMS

Time: 25 Minutes Equipment: Dumbbells  (50% of your usual weight)

DAY 5

RECOVERY YOGA

Time: 10 Minutes Equipment: None

DAY 6

FULL BODY STRENGTH

Time: 25 Minutes Equipment: One  Dumbbell (75% of your  usual weight)

DAY 7
