How Often Should  You Do Circuit Training Workouts?

Aim for 2-3 circuit  training workouts  per week.

How Long Should A  Circuit Workout Be?

A typical circuit workout  should be around 30-60 minutes depending on  intensity and fitness level.

DUMBBELL SQUAT

Targets: Lower body –  legs, glutes, quadriceps, hamstrings, hips and  core.

PULL  UP

Targets: Upper and  lower back, lats, erector  spinae, traps, biceps,  chest and core.

BURPEE

Targets: Chest, arms,  back, shoulders, legs,  glutes, hips and core.

LUNGE  JUMP

Targets: Legs, glutes,  quads, hips, hamstrings,  calves and core.

1. Squats 2. Pull Ups 3. Burpees 4. Lunge Jumps DO IT: Perform reps AMRAP (as many rounds as possible).
