FIX YOUR FORM:
Bulgarians are the MVP of building glute muscles -- if done correctly! Can you spot the errors here?
SET UP from the ground up! This prevents you from stepping too far out (causing a dip into the lower back).
Shoe laces down on the chair/bench. Add a towel under your laces if you need more cushion!
