Focus on the eccentric movement of each bicep curl (the way down). The slower you lower the weights, the more bicep strength you'll build!

Hammer curls target the LONG HEAD of the bicep.

HALF CURLS

Biceps under constant tension, might need to go lighter on this one.
HOLD + PULSE

TIP: Keep your elbows off + slightly in front of your body (to keep stress off shoulders)
