Targets: Legs, glutes, quadriceps, hamstrings,  hips and core.

SINGLE LEG DEADLIFT

Targets: The posterior  chain - glutes, hamstrings, lower back and core.

WALKING  LUNGES

Targets: Legs, quads,  glutes, hamstrings, inner thighs and core.

CALF RAISE

Targets: Calf muscles and achilles tendon.

1. Front Squat 2. Single Leg Deadlift 3. Walking Lunges 4. Calf Raise DO IT: 40 secs work, 20 secs rest.
